Five-entity group: audit, reviews and disclosure checks

   Year-end work across five licensed entities (one external audit and independent reviews under ISRE 2400 for the others) with commission income, employee costs and IFRS for SMEs disclosures to cover consistently, within a fixed fee and timeline.

   • Matched each line of a full year of provider commission statements to ledger revenue and flagged unmatched and partly matched items.
   • Worked through payroll and HR documents per employee.

4. 04Professional oversight

   The engagement team reviewed exceptions and compliance positions. Issues identified in the main operating company's ledger and trial balance during compilation were raised with the client and corrected before testing continued.
